Denis is a Mechanical Engineer with four years of experience specializing in HVAC systems for commercial and residential buildings. Senior Project Manager
Shawn Lonardelli oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of our new construction HVAC projects, with a strong focus on multi-family and large-scale residential developments. Fluent in complex blueprints and well-versed in local building codes, he serves as the primary point of contact for general contractors and site superintendents. From initial scope review to final system commissioning, Shawn ensures every project meets strict quality control, budget, and safety standards.
