“After an online notification of a short in the controller, Eugene found an insect, a reptile and a mammal in the inner workings of the A/C. Unbelievable! A lady bug was the main culprit, shorting out the system but thankfully not the Mother Board! A gruesome start to the morning, removing the bug, the snake AND the mouse.
