Job title: HVAC Installer

Job Description:

We are a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer. Our shop is located in Grafton. K Komfort’s residential department services Milwaukee County, Ozaukee County, and eastern Washington County. K Komfort’s new construction department perform projects in different areas of state of Wisconsin. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license Willingness to invest time in training and classes Follow directions as given, written and verbal Knowledge of tools and surroundings Comply with ALL SAFETY RULLS Ability to measure and install ductwork, equipment and accessories Ability to braze and test line sets

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner
• Work well with customers, co-workers and subcontractors
• Maintain professional relationships with builders
• Make sure all companies’ tools stay in good order
• Complete all assigned tasks within labor budget
• Complete all necessary paperwork, time cards
• Work staggered schedule if required
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Run a job without supervisor
• Other duties may be assigned

Experience/Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 2+ years of HVAC experience Good communication skills Language Ability: Process both written and verbal English language skills
